PAGID is an OE brand of TMD Friction, one of the world’s biggest manufacturer of brake friction products, and a global partner of the automotive industry. With headquarters in Leverkusen, Germany, PAGID brake pads are 100% manufactured in-house at their own state-of-the-art production facilities across Europe.
The 'STREET+' ('SP') product line was developed by PAGID Racing, which is their motorsport brand. PAGID Racing brake products are fitted as original equipment to some of the most prestigious and powerful production cars in the world including Audi, Bugatti, Ferrari and Porsche.
The 'STREET+' friction compound embodies decades of racing experience into a global product, street legal and compliant with latest environmental requirements. In combination with anti-noise shims this compound is specified with a mechanical retention system inherent in all PAGID Racing brake pads. This technology transferred from the race track to the road represents an ideal product for drivers getting started in track activities.
An added benefit of fitting a pad of this type is that your brake discs will be less prone to rust and corrosion build-up and the pads themselves will stay in better condition during cold and wet weather, so less preventative maintenance will be required (but you should still regularly inspect your brakes and clean/burnish them if corrosion is setting in or dust is building up).

Bedding procedure:
After installing new brake discs and pads, it is essential to bed in the friction surfaces. This ensures they adapt properly to one another for safe and optimal brake performance.
If not bedded in correctly, uneven material transfer between the pad and disc or uneven distribution of deposits may occur, potentially leading to vibrations or noise issues. Warranty is voided for all pads exhibiting symptoms of not being bedded in correctly. If new discs are not fitted, the existing discs must be in very good condition.
During the bedding-in period, please follow these guidelines:
Caution: Avoid excessive braking as this can overheat the friction material too quickly, causing the brake pad surface to glaze over and reduce braking performance.
Perform the procedure on safe sections of road where these maneuvers can be conducted safely.
Allow time between braking to gradually heat the brakes and avoid thermal shock.
Start with gentle and cautious braking from a maximum speed of 50 km/h. Follow up with several braking procedures from medium speeds, allowing cooling time between cycles.
For the first 300 km, drive moderately and avoid unnecessary hard or continuous braking.
The correct bedding procedure is also covered in this video: STREET+ Bedding procedure
