These brake discs (rotors) are genuine Tesla parts as fitted to all Model 3/Y Performance models from 2018 to the current 'Highland' models. They fit the models with red calipers. 
Beware of aftermarket discs on sale which claim to be 'OE Tesla/Brembo' discs for the Performance models. They are usually 1-part pattern discs which look similar but aren't actually the genuine Brembo bi-metallic discs fitted at the Tesla factories. If you want the genuine Tesla parts, you can get them here.

Size:

Front: 355mm x 25mm (p/n 1044616-00-D)

Rear: 335mm x 20mm (p/n 1044636-00-D)

They are supplied as a 2 rotor set and we also include 4 x Torx E18 caliper bolts with each set of discs, as these should be replaced whenever you remove and replace the calipers. Torque values: 94Nm (front), 83Nm (rear).
