The Model 3 range is fitted from the factory with suspension which could best be described as 'adequate', however it doesn't cope well with UK roads, can feel 'crashy' on uneven surfaces and has a few handling inconsistencies which make the car feel 'floaty' and unstable at the rear.  

Since taking delivery of our first Model 3 in 2019, Tevo has been researching and developing suspension upgrades for this car and we are now ready to release our latest coilover kit, based on technology from the German suspension specialists, Bilstein. This is the very first Model 3 Bilstein coilover kit in the world!

Bilstein has a long association with Tesla and their dampers are now being factory-fitted to the Model S Plaid. 

One aspect of this product development we are proud of is that all the components are manufactured either in Germany or the UK. Nothing is sourced from far away places such as Taiwan or China which is very unusual these days. All assembly and testing is carried out in the UK by Bilstein experts.

A big advantange of using our Bilstein kit is that you can adjust the ride height of your car to get the stance you want without compromising ride quality or component life (major drawbacks with lowering springs). Front and rear spring platforms are fully adjustable so you can keep the standard ride height or lower at least 35mm if desired. 

Variations: We are offering 'road' and 'track' versions of this kit and both are available for the AWD and RWD versions of the Model 3. The 'road' version will give your Model 3 a sporty feel but without the harsh, crashy ride the OE suspension delivers. Handling and control is much improved without compromising comfort. The 'track' version is aimed at those who don't mind a firmer ride and want even less body roll. Some may find it a little too firm for the road, but for those wanting to take their Model 3 on track, this version of the kit will deliver a big improvement over the OE setup. 

Billet Front Forks (AWD): The steel front forks fitted to our AWD kits can be upgraded to machine billet aluminium forks if you want the ultimate in looks and performance.
